I can remember being in second grade and drawing this picture. I was
making it for my mom. As I was drawing it and coloring it, I was using
every single color possible to use, to make sure that my mom loved it.
I gave it to her for her birthday wrapped up in a box. I was uneasy
about giving it too her because I didn't know if she would like it. But
what mom would tell their second grader that they didn't like their
daughters picture? Definitely not a single mother in this world would.
As soon as she opened up her face blossomed just like the flowers, that
I had drawn and put extra time into just for her. She loved it! My
mom said she loved the use of colors I used and that made me even
happier :)
